Lake Mont Pines
 The Lake Mont Pines Community is known to local residents as a " Piece of Heaven" or the " Jewel of the Mother Lode" . What makes Lake Mont Pines special, from other subdivisions is the private 12 ac recreation lake and Lodge. The homeowners association is mandatory and Annual Assessments are $410 per year for improved lots and $290 for unimproved lots. Come enjoy the large year-round lake, Lodge, hiking trails, snack shack, sandy beach and friendly summer activities.
